Rust 설치 

아래 링크로  rustup‑init.exe 파일을 받아서 실행하기만 하면 시스템에 Rust가 설치

Rustling 실습하기

해당 명령어를 실행하면 VS Code에 rustlings 폴더를 열어두면 자동적으로 트래킹 함.
